MaxBlend High-Speed Lab Disperser is a new type of experimental multifunctional variable frequency dispersing machine designed with advanced foreign technology. This product is primarily used for preliminary experiments in the production of various liquids such as paints, coatings, pigments, and food, providing accurate data for large-scale production.
Technical Specifications:
Motor Power: 750W
Speed Range: Variable frequency speed control, 0-8000r/min
Stirring and dispersing impeller diameter: 50mm, 60mm (two each)
Lifting Stroke: 250mm
Dimensions: 380mm x 350mm x 775mm (Length x Width x Height)
Dissolving Capacity: 0.3L to 5L
Installation
Place the machine in the desired location and adjust the leveling bolts on the base to ensure stability and minimal vibration.
Connect the power supply to the frequency converter, ensuring proper grounding of the grounding bolt on the frequency converter.
Connect the motor to the five-core aviation plug on the speed controller (pay attention to the orientation of the notch).
Operation and Maintenance
Prior to use, securely fasten the selected dispersing impeller to the shaft.
Tighten the motor bolts, adjust the height of the shaft and container, and secure the motor base and container.
Power on the device, press the “RUN” button on the frequency converter, wait for the indicator light to illuminate, and then rotate the speed knob to adjust the desired speed.
It is not advisable to operate the machine at speeds exceeding 300r/min without a load.
When accelerating or decelerating, gradually rotate the speed knob.
The machine should be operated by trained operators.
Non-professionals should refrain from pressing other buttons on the frequency converter and exercise caution.
Outstanding Features
The equipment is equipped with a dual-axis constant force lifting system for convenient lifting operation.
It utilizes a three-phase asynchronous motor and high-performance frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, with precise digital display of the shaft speed.
The dispersing impeller and grinding disc are directly connected to the shaft using stainless steel bolts.
It is equipped with a simple and convenient drum clamping device.
